非甾体抗炎药与激素类药物治疗泡性结膜炎的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的:对应用非甾体抗炎药与激素类药物对患有疱性结膜炎疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行对比研究。方法:选择鹰潭市人民医院收治的患有疱性结膜炎疾病的患者88例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组44例。采用氟米龙滴眼液对对照组患者实施治疗;采用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液对治疗组患者实施治疗。对比两组结膜炎症状消失时间和结膜炎药物治疗计划实施总时间、泡性结膜炎疾病药物治疗效果、在用药过程中出现的不良反应。结果:治疗组患者结膜炎症状消失时间和结膜炎药物治疗计划实施总时间明显短于对照组,组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05);泡性结膜炎疾病药物治疗效果明显优于对照组,组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05);在用药过程中出现的不良反应明显少于对照组,组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:应用非甾体抗炎药对患有疱性结膜炎疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。Objective:To compare the effect of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and hormonal drugs on patients with conjunctivitis blister sexdisease.Methods:88cases of patients with conjunctivitis blister sex disease in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatmentgroup,with44cases in each group.Using fluorine m dragon eye drops to the control group,and diclofenac sodium eye drops in the treatment group.Conjunctivitis symptoms disappear time,conjunctivitis treatment plan,total time,conjunctivitis disease drug treatment effect,and drug adversereactions were compared.Results:The conjunctivitis symptoms disappear time and conjunctivitis treatment plan total time in treatment group wassignificantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05);Bubble sex conjunctivitis disease drug treatment effect was better than control group(P<0.05);drug adverse reaction in treatment group is less than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effect of non-steroidal anti-inflammatorydrugs for the patients with conjunctivitis blister sex disease treatment is very obvious.
