摘  要:目的:通过三维数字化测量的方式研究口外弓治疗后磨牙的三维空间变化。方法:收治上颌轻度前突的恒牙早期骨性二类患者6例(上颌第二磨牙未萌出),全部采用口外弓颈带牵引推磨牙向远中的治疗方法。在矫治前、后取研究模型,经扫描、重叠、测量,明确后牙在三维空间的移动量。结果:6例患者磨牙均远中移位,达到中性偏近中,平均疗程10个月。配对样本t检验表明上颌第一磨牙矢状向、垂直向移动的量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),宽度变化量差异具有统计学意义(0.01<P<0.05)。结论:口外弓治疗是推磨牙向远中的一种有效的正畸矫治方法;对宽度狭窄的病例建议先扩弓,再推磨牙向远中;颈带牵引会同时引起磨牙的伸长,高角病例慎用。Objective:To investigate the3D space change of molar after the extraoralarch treatment.Methods:Six patients ofmaxillary mild protrusionwith skeletal ClassⅡmalocclusion(maxillarysecond molar was not erupted)were selected in this study.All of the patients were treated by molar distalization with face-bow appliance.The result was evaluated by measure thethree-dimensional changes of model.Results:In all cases,the molars were displaced in the distal part,and the median duration oftreatment was10months.Using paired t-test,we confirmed that left and right maxillary first molar mobility was statisticallysignificant in the length,vertical aspects(P<0.01)and in the width aspect(0.01<P<0.05).Conclusion:Face-bow molardistalization therapy is an effective method for orthodontic treatment.The cervical traction belt will cause the elongation of molar.The cases of high angle should be caution.
