摘　　要：21世纪,培养高层次的护理专业型人才是临床护理工作的重点。专科护士在保证患者得到专业性、高质量的医疗护理服务中发挥着普通护理人员不可替代的作用,因此,加强低年资专科护士的培训与考核至关重要。客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)是一种科学性、系统性、综合性的考核方法。本文对肝胆外科低年资护士培训中OSCE综合考核结构的设计、实施应用及效果评价进行综述。In twenty-first century,it is the focus of clinical nursing work to train high-level nursing professional talents.Thespecialized nurses play an irreplaceable role in the maintenance of patients with professional and high quality medical careservices,therefore,it is very important to strengthen the training and assessment of junior nurses.Objective structured clinicalexamination is a scientific,systematic and comprehensive method of assessment.This paper summarizes the design,application andeffect of OSCE comprehensive assessment structure in training of junior nurses in department of hepatobiliary surgery.
