摘　　要：互联网技术与金融功能的融合,形成了以大数据征信为核心的开放式的金融新业态。各种创新的互联网金融平台,有效降低行业之间信息不对称的风险,全面提升了金融资源的配置效率。互联网金融时代,创新的商业模式直接颠覆了原有的竞争局面,企业必须通过并购重组来维持生存和发展,中国并购市场的交易数量和金额屡创新高。中国政府应松绑相关政策,通过设立政府引导基金和鼓励大型企业设立并购产业基金的方式,推动并购重组的市场化进程。The integration of Internet technology and financial functions has formed an open financial newbusiness mode with big data credit.Internet finances reduce the risk of information asymmetry,improve the efficiency of financial resource allocation.The innovative business model subverts directly the original competitionsituation in the internet financial era.The enterprise must maintain the survival and development through mergerand reorganization.The number and amount of M&A transaction rapidly rise on China’s market.The Chinesegovernment should loosen policy,set up the guidance funds and industry funds to push the process of M&A.
