摘 要:在现代智能电网背景下,新型设备输电系统的输电检修工作难度变得越来越大。考虑了新背景下输电检修工作的特点,提出了输电检修优化决策指标,建立了以输电系统风险降低值最大化为目标的输电检修优化决策模型。同时,利用粒子群优化算法求解所建模型,并通过IEEE24节点系统验证模型及算法的可行性。Under the background of modern smart power grids,the maintenance of new equipment of power transmission is becoming more and more difficult.Considering the characteristics of power transmission maintenance under the new background,this paper puts forward optimized decision making indicators and sets up an optimized decision model of transmission maintenance with the objective of the maximization of lowering the risk of transmission system.The model was then solved by using particle swarm optimization and verified for its feasibility of the model and algorithm based on IEEE24node system.
