摘 要:液罐车由于其液体货物的晃动,使其建模不同于普通的货车,而且液罐的横截面有各种形状,因此难以建立一个通用的仿真模型。采用准静态分析法,以一辆6轴的半挂式液罐车为研究对象,在Trucksim中建立了半挂车的整车模型,并与Matlab联合仿真建立了液灌车在侧倾平面的准静态联合仿真模型。通过仿真,测量了装载各种液罐的液罐车的侧倾阈值,结果表明该模型即简单又有效。该模型可以用来分析半挂式液灌车的侧倾稳定性,进而优化液灌的形状,提高液灌车的安全性。Modeling of tank vehicle is different from ordinary cargo vehicles due to the liquid sloshing in the tank.Besides,the tank cross-section has all kinds of shapes,makes it difficult to build a generic tank vehicle simulation model.Using quasi-static method,a six axles tractor semi-trailer vehicle is built in TruckSim and a tank vehicle model is built by co-simulation with MATLAB.Using this model the SRT of tank vehicle with different tanks are measured,the results prove that the model is simple and efficient.The model can be used to analyze the roll stability of tractor semi-trailer vehicle,and optimize the tank shape,improve the safety.
