摘　　要：民办高校学生工作的有效开展和辅导员的自我效能感息息相关。本文首先阐释了自我效能感内涵,然后在问卷调查、访谈的基础上分析了民办高校辅导员自我效能感的现状,并有针对性地指出了民办高校辅导员自我效能感提升的策略。The effective implementation of student work in private colleges is closely related to the self-efficacy of counselors.This paper first explains the connotation of self-efficacy,and then analyzes the status quo of self-efficacy of counselors in private colleges on the basis of questionnaire survey and interview,and points out the strategies of promoting the self-efficacy of counselors in private colleges.
