摘　　要：在"特色立校,培养高级应用型人才"的办学思想指导下,依托学院同航空企业建立的产学研合作关系,开展研究生实践能力培养模式探索。在为航空企业解决技术难题的同时,从中精炼出既具有鲜明航空特色,又适于研究生动手操作实践的技术环节,开阔研究生的视野,锻炼研究生的实践能力。在航空特色应用型人才培养方面,初步形成了以学科优势推动产业发展,产业优势为学科建设、人才培养和科学研究提供强劲支撑的良性循环。Under the guidance of the school running ideology,we explore the cultivation mode of postgraduates'practical ability relying on the university-industry-science partnership with the aviation enterprise.It not only solved the technical problems of aviation enterprises,but also refined with a distinctive aviation characteristics,suitable for postgraduate practice links.In the development of applied talents,a virtuous circle is formed.We will promote the development of industries with the advantages of discipline,and provide strong support for the development of disciplines,personnel training and scientific research.
