摘　　要：文章在分析角色及青少年角色概念的基础上,进一步分析了青少年角色模糊和相应责任的缺失现象,从家庭、学校、社会三个层面提出相应的教育路径,以期帮助青少年顺利地进行角色转换。The article is based on the analysis of the concepts of"role"and"the role of teenagers".Then it explains the role ambiguity and irresponsibility of teenagers.The author proposes some methods from family,school,and society to guide teenagers to perform role conversion successfully.
