军校装备任职教育新教员培养规范研究

摘　　要：任职教育已经成为新时期军队院校的主要教育形式,新教员的培养需要科学规范,本文从基层代职、部队工厂实习、通用技能训练、教学法理论集训、任职教育业务理论集训、教学审定和新教员上课仪式七个方面,介绍了海军航空大学青岛校区在培养军校装备任职教育新教员方面的规范做法。Post education has become the main form of education in military academies in the new era.The cultivation of new teachers requires a scientific standard.This paper introduces the standard practice of training new teachers in military equipment education in Qingdao campus of Naval Aviation University from seven aspects,namely,acting at the grassroots level,army and factory practice,universal skills training,teaching method and theory training,vocational education theory training,teaching approval,the class ceremony of new teachers.
