摘　　要：在大型超市经营过程中,生鲜物品供应商的选择直接影响着超市的经营效益。依据生鲜物品易腐易损等特性,采用SWOT分析法,对供应商的内部因素与外部环境进行综合分析,建立了生鲜物品供应商评价指标体系。并运用熵权模糊综合评判法,对供应商进行评价选择。最后,通过案例验证了这一方法的可行性和正确性。In the operation process,the fresh goods supplier selection directly influences the operating efficiency of the large supermarket.Based on the perishable and vulnerable characteristics of supermarket fresh goods,the paper established the fresh goods supplier evaluation index system by using SWOT analysis method,which is used to study the internal factors and external environment of suppliers Comprehensively.Then,Supplier evaluation and selection was to be implemented through the Entropy Weight Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method,Finally,the feasibility and correctness of this method was verified by a case study.
