摘 要:现有的隧道爆破质量评价与控制大多依赖决策者的工程经验和主观认识,仅凭人为观测做定性分析,评价与控制成果一般表现为二维平面图,不能直观、可视化对隧道爆破质量进行表达。本文基于隧道数据采集模块、隧道数据前处理模块和隧道三维可视化模型构建模块等提出了隧道爆破质量三维可视化数字模型构建的方法,以成渝高铁某隧道为例,设计了隧道爆破质量三维可视化数字模型基础数据采集方案,建立了隧道爆破质量三维可视化数字模型,提出了隧道爆破质量综合评价的方法。研究结果表明,建立的三维可视化模型可再现隧道爆破超欠挖的真实结构特性,可实现对隧道爆破质量的综合评价,弥补目前隧道爆破质量评价与控制存在的不足。The existing methods of the smooth blasting quality evaluation and control for tunnel are largely dependent on the engineering experience and subjective of decision-makers,and use the human observation to do the qualitative analysis.The evaluation and control outcome generally reflects twodimensional plan,it can’t intuitively and visually reflects smooth blasting quality of tunnel.Based tunnel data acquisition module,tunnel data pre-processing module and tunnel three-dimensional visualization model building module,a new modeling method for three-dimensional visualization of tunnel blasting quality is presented.The basic data collection method for three-dimensional visualization model of tunnel blasting quality is designed according to Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway in a tunnel.The three-dimensional visualization model of tunnel blasting quality was established,and the comprehensive evaluation method was proposed.The results show that three-dimensional visualization modeled can reproduce the exact structure of overbreak/underbreak under blasting.The method can realize comprehensive evaluation of blasting quality,and to make up for the deficiency of the studies existing.
