摘  要:全球生产网络下的"中国制造"一直呈现为一个"黑匣子",很少研究对"中国制造"地方生产网络的运行机制进行深入探讨。本文以广州狮岭皮具产业集群为例,采用实地观察走访、参与式调查、半结构式访谈等方法,剖析"中国制造"地方生产网络的运行机制及其对社会网络的嵌入性。研究发现,"中国制造"地方生产网络是由不同规模、不同类型的生产企业及非正规加工店以社会网络为主要纽带进行层层订单和生产工序分包而构建,这种网络有利于降低生产成本、提高生产效率和灵活性。此外,社会网络还为农民工提供另一种劳动保障机制,致使社会网络成员成为生产企业的生产员工构成主体。以社会网络为纽带构建生产网络成为一种双赢选择。In the last30years,PRD has developed to be the global manufacturing base,“Made in China”became a name card of China.However,“made in China”seems to be a black box to the outside and few studies have explored the mechanism of the local production network.Take Shiling town as a case,this study explored the organization structure of the local production system and analyzed the social embeddedness of the local production network.We found that the local production network of“Made in China”is composed of not only numerous large and mediumsize enterprises,but also a large number of small factory and informal family workshops.The productive cooperation of different production sectors decreases the production cost and improves the production fl exibility.And social networks play an impartment role in the subcontracting of orders or production processes in different production sectors.It is also found that social network members tend to be the main body of an enterprise’employees since social network not only provide employment information and employment opportunities,but also provide another kind of labor and social security mechanism.
