睑外翻畸形修复120例临床应用体会

摘　　要：目的总结眼睑外翻畸形修复在临床上应用的操作技巧。方法根据病因不同,外翻程度、范围不同选用不同矫正眼睑外翻。有游离皮片法,皮瓣法还有扩张器法等。结果从2003年至今,14年中采用游离皮片移植法,邻近皮瓣法(包括局部皮瓣及轴型皮瓣)及其他方法矫正睑外翻,共修复睑外翻畸形者120例,效果可靠,均获得满意。结论因病施治,眼睑外翻根据病因不同,外翻程度、范围不同选用不同方法矫正,易于掌握,效果稳定,可靠,值得推广应用。Objective To summarize the operation skills used to repair the eyelid ectropion in clinic.Methods According to different causes,different ectropion degree,range correction method with ectropion.Free skin flap method,approach flap and soft tissue expander method,and so on.Results From2003to the present,in14years.with free skin grafts The approach flap(including local flap and free flap)and soft tissue expander method and other Methods for correction of eyelid ectropion repaired in120cases,the effect of reliable,satisfying result.Conclusion Due to illness and treatment,according to the different causes of ectropion,the degrees of ectropion,the range of different correction easy to master,the curative effect is stable,reliable,worthy of promotion.
