摘　　要：目的探讨多功能微波治疗仪联合多功能电离子治疗仪治疗睑黄疣的疗效。方法选择在我院治疗的100例睑黄疣患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组(多功能电离子治疗仪联合多功能微波治疗仪)与对照组(多功能电离子治疗仪),每组各50例。术后随访半年,比较两组一次性瘤体清除率、并发症及满意程度。结果较对照组,观察组一次性瘤体清除率较高,并发症发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意率为94.00%高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论睑黄疣采用多功能微波治疗仪联合多功能电离子治疗仪治疗一次性瘤体清除率高,且治疗后并发症较低,可显著提高患者的满意程度,效果确切。Objective To investigate the multi-functional microwave therapeutic instrument combined with multifunctional electric ion therapy treatment of with curative effect.Methods A total of100cases with patients in our hospital as the research object,the patients were divided into observation group(multi-purpose electric ion therapy combined with multi-functional microwave therapeutic instrument)and control group(multi function electric ion therapy),50patients in each group.The patients were followed up for six months,and the therapeutic effect and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After six months of followup,the effective rate of the observation group was98%,the satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group(82%,78%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion With the multi-functional microwave therapeutic instrument combined with multifunctional electric ion therapy treatment can improve the patient's satisfaction,it is worthy of wide clinical application.
