超声骨刀开窗术联合正畸牵引对上颌唇侧埋伏阻生尖牙患者术后疼痛程度及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究超声骨刀开窗术联合正畸牵引对上颌唇侧埋伏阻生尖牙患者术后疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年6月~2016年11月我院62例上颌唇侧埋伏阻生尖牙患者,采用随机数表法分组,每组31例。对照组施行传统开窗术+正畸牵引,观察组施行超声骨刀开窗术+正畸牵引。统计两组治疗效果、术后疼痛程度,并对比两组手术前后生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.55%(29/31)与对照组90.32%(28/31)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组术后生活质量评分较高,疼痛程度较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对上颌唇侧埋伏阻生尖牙患者予以超声骨刀开窗术配合正畸牵引治疗,可显著降低患者术后疼痛,有效提高生活质量,效果显著。Objective To explore the effects of ultrasound bone knife fenestration combined with orthodontic traction on postoperative pain and quality of life in patients with maxillary labially inversely impacted canines.Methods Selected62patients with maxillary labially inversely impacted canines in the hospital from June2013to November2016were randomly divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=31).The control group was treated with traditional fenestration and orthodontic traction,and the observation group was treated with ultrasonic bone knife fenestration and orthodontic traction.The treatment effect,postoperative pain were statistically analyzed between two groups,and compared the quality of life before and after surgery.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was93.55%(29/31)and90.32%(28/31)in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the postoperative quality of life scores were significantly higher and the pain degree was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of patients with maxillary labially inversely impacted canines using ultrasound bone knife fenestration combined with orthodontic traction can significantly reduce the postoperative pain and improve the quality of life,and the effect is remarkable.
