摘　　要：目的为1例中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者制定有效的循证治疗方案。方法在充分分析患者病情的基础上,计算机检索MEDLINE(2007年6月至2016年12月)和Cochrane图书馆(2016年第10期)。结果共检索出治疗指南3篇,Meta分析2篇,临床对照试验4篇,多中心研究2篇。根据所获证据为患者制定治疗方案。结论采取循证医学方法,为中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者制定合理的治疗方案,可有效提高治疗效果。Objective To develop an evidence-based treatment strategy for a patient with toxic epidermal necrolysis(TEN).Methods A research was performed to collect the evidences in MEDLINE(PubMed,Jun2007to Dec2016)and Cochrane Library(Issue10,2016).Results A total of3guidelines,2meta?analysis,4clinical controlled trials and2multicenter studies were identified.A treatment strategy was developed upon these evidences.Conclusion Evidence?based treatment is able to improve the efficacy of TEN.
