生长抑素治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生长抑素治疗上消化道出血的方法以及临床治疗效果。方法 2013年3月至2015年3月本院收治的60例上消化道出血患者随机分为2组,对照组采用基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗同时采用生长抑素治疗,观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组显效20例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率为93.3%,对照组显效13例,有效10例,无效7例,总有效率为76.7%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论生长抑素配合基础治疗治疗上消化道出血临床治疗效果好,可以作为临床上消化道出血治疗的首选。Objective To investigate the growth inhibition method of treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and clinical therapeutic effect.Methods In March2013-March2015at the records of60patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital were randomly divided into2groups,the control group USES the foundation treatment,the treatment group at the same time in the foundation treatment with somatostatin therapy,observe clinical curative effect of two groups.Results Treatment group(20cases were markedly improved,effective8cases,ineffective in2cases,the total effective rate was93.3%,the control group in13cases were markedly effective,effective10cases,7cases,the total effective rate was76.7%,the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion Somatostatin basis for treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage clinical treatment effect is good,can be used as the first choice for clinical treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding.
