胃肠肿瘤患者外科手术治疗效果探析

摘　　要：目的:探讨外科手术治疗胃肠肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:收治胃肠肿瘤患者100例。对胃部肿瘤的46例患者,采取远端胃大部分切除术24例,采取胃楔形切除术6例,采取近端胃肿瘤切除术16例。对肠道肿瘤患者54例,实施肠段切除术14例,实施肿块切除术30例,实施胰十二指肠切除术10例。结果:所有患者经过1年的随访,治愈率71.0%,死亡率12.0%,复发率17.0%。其中胃部肿瘤46例中,治愈36例,死亡4例,复发6例;大肠癌患者28例中,治愈15例,死亡4例,复发9例;小肠肿瘤患者17例中,治愈13例,死亡2例,复发2例;十二指肠肿瘤9例中,治愈7例,死亡2例。结论:手术治疗胃肠肿瘤治愈率较高,但是手术治疗并没有避免患者死亡,并且部分患者在术后复发。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment for gastrointestinal tumor.Methods:100patients with gastrointestinal tumors were selected.For46cases of gastric cancer,patients by distal gastric resection in24cases;6cases took gastric wedge resection;16cases took the proximal gastric resection.54cases with intestinal cancer,the implementation of bowel resection in14cases,the tumor resection in30cases,the implementation of pancreatoduodenectomy in10cases.Results:All the patients after1year of follow-up,the cure rate was71%;the mortality rate was12%;the recurrence rate was17%.In46cases of stomach tumors,36cases were cured;4cases died;6cases of recurrence.In28cases of colorectal cancer patients,15cases were cured;4cases died;9cases of recurrence.In17cases of small intestinal tumor,13cases were cured;2cases died;recurrence occurred in2cases.In9cases of duodenal tumor,7cases were cured,and2cases were dead.Conclusion:The cure rate of surgical treatment of gastrointestinal tumor is high,but the surgical treatment tract does not avoid the death of patients,and some patients relapse after the operation.
