摘  要:目的:研究实施"一站式"服务对门诊患者的影响。方法:收治门诊患者400例,随机平分两组。对照组实施常规服务,观察组采用"一站式"服务。对比两组门诊患者的就诊满意度、入院助理满意度、投诉率、受到表扬率。结果:观察组上述指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对门诊患者实施"一站式"服务,可提高患者满意度,减少投诉以及患者流失情况的出现。Objective:To study the effect of"one-stop"service on outpatients.Methods:400outpatients were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group received routine services,and the observation group used one-stop service.The satisfaction rate,the satisfaction rate of hospital assistants,the rate of complaint and the rate of hospitalization were compared between groups.Results:The above indexes of the outpatients in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The"one-stop"service for outpatients can improve patients’satisfaction,reduce complaints and loss of patients.
