摘　　要：利用Vaughan的方法,对小区间上的三角和S(α)=∑x-y<n≤xΛ(n)e(αn)当α为有理数时进行了研究,得到了一个定量上界估计.By the method of vaughan,the problem of the estimate ofS(α)=Σx?y<n≤x(n)e(n)is studied,whenαis rational,and obtain an explicit upper bound of this kind of trigonometrical sums.
