生长抑素治疗老年急性糜烂出血性胃炎大出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究对老年急性糜烂性出血胃炎患者,使用生长抑素进行治疗的临床效果。方法将我院急诊科收治的50例急性糜烂性出血胃炎患者随机划分两组,A组(25例)与B组(25例),前组使用奥美拉唑治疗,后组在前组基础上增加使用生长抑素治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 A组治疗有效率为56%,后组为88%,后组较高,P<0.05。结论针对临床急诊科收治的急性糜烂性出血胃炎患者而言,及时为患者使用生长抑素进行止血,控制疾病发展,患者治疗效果较好。Objective To study the clinical effect of Somatostatin in the massive hemorrhage for elderly patients with acute erosive gastritis.Method50patients with acute erosive gastritis in our emergency department were randomly divided into two groups,25cases each group.Group A took Omeprazole;Group B took Omeprazole and Somatostatin.The clinical effect for two groups was observed.Result The clinical effective rate of Group A(56%)was lower than that of Group B(88%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute erosive gastritis,Somatostatin can stop bleeding and contain the disease outbreak.
