摘　　要：房地产投资信托作为房地产资本市场一种新的金融产品和投资理财工具,在较全面地介绍了美国房地产投资信托的发展现状的基础上,对我国发展房地产投资信托存在的障碍以及今后在发展过程中应注意的问题进行了探讨。The real estate investment trust real estate capital market as a new financial productsand investment tools,is introduced in this paper comprehensively the actuality of American realestate investment trust on discussed exist in the development of China’s real estate investmenttrust obstacles and problems that should be noticed in the process of development in the future.
