摘  要:目的:探讨虾青素对2型糖尿病大鼠认知功能的影响及其机制。方法:利用链脲佐菌素制造糖尿病大鼠模型,造模成功的大鼠分为模型组、阳性对照和虾青素组。药物治疗6周后,通过Morris水迷宫对实验大鼠进行测试,之后取海马,采用Real-Time PCR分析海马过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的表达。结果:与模型组相比,虾青素组大鼠学习记忆能力明显增强,跨越原平台位置的次数增加、逃避潜伏期缩短、平均游泳路程变短(P<0.01),海马中CAT、SOD和GSH-Px的表达水平显著增加(P<0.01)。结论:虾青素可以减轻2型糖尿病大鼠的认知功能损害,其作用机制可能是提高了海马的抗氧化能力。Objective:To investigate efficacy of astaxanthin on cognitive function in type2diabetic rats and its mechanism.Methods:All rats were divided into the model group,positive control group and astaxanthin group.After6weeks of medicine treatment,the rats were tested by Morris water maze,then the hippocampus was removed;CAT,SOD and GSH-Px were analyzed by Real-Time PCR.Results:In the astaxanthin group,the learning and memory ability of the rats was significantly increased;the number of times across the original platform was increased;the escape latency was shortened;the average swimming distance became shorter(P<0.01).The levels of CAT,SOD and GSH-Px were obviously increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Astaxanthin can reduce the cognitive impairment in type2diabetic rats,and its mechanism may be the improved antioxidant capacity of hippocampus.
