中西医结合与西药治疗消化性溃疡疗效对比

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的疗效及作用机制。方法:将180例患者随机分为两组,对照组服用西药,治疗组西药加外敷中药贴剂。结果:经过4周治疗,两组症状、体征改善情况,根除Hp情况,消化性溃疡愈合情况等差异无显著性(P>0.05),但治疗组均高于对照组;治疗组不良反应出现率为3.3%,对照组为20.0%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:外敷中药贴剂不良反应少,可有效杀灭幽门螺杆菌、减少复发,有效治疗消化性溃疡。Objective:To observe the curative effect of the integrative medicine on peptic ulcer.Methods:180patients were randomly divided into two groups;the control group took western medicine;the treatment group was given TCM paste more.Results:In4weeks,the symptoms and signs in two groups were improved(P>0.05);those in the treatment group were better than the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was3.3%and20.0%in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The external application of TCM medicine patch has fewer adverse reactions,can effectively kill Helicobacter pylori,reduce the recurrence.
