中西医结合与西药治疗慢性胃炎疗效对比

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合与西药治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效对比。方法:174例慢性胃炎患者被随机分为实验组(n=89)和对照组(n=85),对照组给予常规西药治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用中药治疗。结果:两组在总有效率、痊愈率方面有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组疗效显著优于对照组。结论:中西医结合用于慢性胃炎的治疗对于改善临床效果,提高患者生活质量是很有意义的,值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine and western medicine on chronic gastritis.Methods:174cases were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=89)and control group(n=85).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The experimental group was treated with TCM medicine more.Results:There was a significant difference between groups in the total efficiency and cure rate(P<0.05).The curative effect in the experimental group was significantly better.Conclusion:The integrative medicine on chronic gastritis showed significant effects,and improved life quality patients,and is worthy to be applied and popularized.
