四物五苓汤治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨四物五苓汤治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年1月-2016年6月本院治疗的140例(140眼)中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者,根据随机性原则将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组70例(70眼)予以羟苯磺酸钙胶囊口服,观察组70例(70眼)在对照组基础上加以四物五苓汤加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后黄斑水肿、视力水平变化情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,对照组及观察组的黄斑水肿、视力水平比较,差异无统计学意义,均有P>0.05;治疗后,对照组及观察组的黄斑水肿高度显著降低,且观察组下降得更明显;两组患者的视力水平显著提高,且观察组升高得更明显,均有P<0.05。对照组的总有效率为71.43%,观察组的总有效率为91.43%,经Z检验,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:采用四物五苓汤治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变能有效改善患者的视功能,提高临床疗效。Objective:To study efficacy of the Siwu Wuling decoction on central serous retinopathy.Methods:140cases(140eyes)were divided into the control group and the observation group,70cases(70eyes)in each group.The control group was given the hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium capsule orally;the observation group was given the Siwu Wuling decoction more.Macular edema,visual acuity level changes and clinical effects in two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant difference in macular edema and visual acuity levels between the groups,P>0.05.After treatment,macular edema height in two groups were decreased significantly,and that in the observation group was decreased more;visual acuity level in2groups were increased significantly,and that in the observation group was increased more,P<0.05.The total efficiency was71.43%in the control group,lower than90.00%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Siwu Wuling decoction on central serous retinopathy can effectively improve the visual function and curative effects.
