地方本科院校卓越体育教师人才培养的探索——以莆田学院为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,以地方本科院校莆田学院为例,在分析地方本科院校卓越体育教师人才培养目标的定位和人才质量追求基础上,从知识结构、专业能力、基本素质三个维度,探讨和制定卓越体育教师人才培养标准,并提出实现卓越体育教师人才培养的途径:建立模块化教育课程结构体系;创建"高校-地方政府-中小学校"一体化合作联盟;加强政策保障;整合优化师资队伍。The paper is based on the analysis of the aim location of personnel training and the pursuit of talented person's quality of excellent P.E.teachers who belong to a local undergraduate university.The paper takes Putian University,a local undergraduate university,as an example,and explores to develop such the training criteria from the perspectives of knowledge structure,professional competence and basic quality by means of philological research and logical analysis.It also puts forward the approaches to realize such the target as follows:(1)Establishment of the curriculum structure system in modular educations;(2)Creation of an integrated cooperation alliance among colleges and universities,local governments and primary and secondary schools;(3)Strengthening policy support;(4)Integration to optimize the teaching staff.
