摘　　要：本文以企业技术创新力与技术竞争力的分野作为视角,提出一种在技术创新力稳定的前提下,快速提升创新主体的技术竞争力管理工具,以期指导创新主体建立与自身技术创新匹配的技术竞争力。In order to guide innovation subjects to build up their technology competition power matching with technologyinnovation power,this article focuses on divergence of technology innovation power and technology competition power andcomes up with a management approach to improve technology competition power based on the stabilized technology innovationpower.
