脑胶质瘤患者进行伽玛刀分次治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析脑胶质瘤患者进行伽玛刀分次治疗的临床疗效。方法:收治脑胶质瘤患者50例,均采用伽玛刀分次治疗,对患者的治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果:患者的治疗有效率88.0%;术后回访6个月~3年,术后1年、2年及3年的生存率分别为72.0%、56.0%、28.0%。结论:利用伽玛刀对脑胶质瘤患者进行分次治疗,可取得确切的治疗效果,保护正常脑组织,提高患者的生存率。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of gamma knife fractionation in the treatment of patients with glioma.Methods:50patients with glioma were selected.All patients were treated with gamma knife fractionation.The therapeutic effect of the patients was analyzed retrospectively.Results:The effective rate of the treatment was88%.The patients were followed up for6months to3years,the postoperative survival rates of1,2and3years were72%,56%and28%respectively.Conclusion:Gamma knife radiosurgery for patients with glioma can achieve definite therapeutic effect,protect normal brain tissue and improve survival rate.
