超声治疗仪治疗紧张性头痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声治疗仪治疗紧张性头痛的疗效。方法:收治紧张性头痛患者50例,均给予超声治疗仪治疗。结果:治疗后的VAS评分、头痛发作次数及持续时间均显著优于治疗前(P=0.001)。结论:超声治疗仪治疗紧张性头痛,能够有效避免药物治疗的不良反应及针灸痛苦,改善患者头痛发作次数。Objective:To investigate the effect of ultrasonic therapy apparatus on tension headache.Methods:50patients with tension headache were treated with ultrasonic therapy.Results:The scores of VAS,the number of headache attacks and the duration of the treatment were significantly better than those before the treatment(P=0.001).Conclusion:The treatment of tension headache with ultrasonic therapy can effectively avoid adverse drug reactions and acupuncture pain,and improve the number of headache attacks.
