摘　　要：目的:探讨牙外伤后实施即刻种植牙修复的临床效果。方法:研究组在残根牙拔除后即刻实施种植体植入修复,对照组分期实施残根牙拔除与种植体安装。结果:研究组治疗周期显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙外伤后实施即刻种植牙修复可在不显著增加患者痛苦及并发症、保障种植牙稳固的前提下极大地缩短治疗周期。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of immediate dental implant after tooth trauma.Methods:In the study group,implant repair was performed immediately after removal of the residual root tooth,and the control group were treated with removal of the residual root and the placement of implants.Results:The treatment cycle of the study group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immediate dental implant after tooth injury can greatly shorten the treatment cycle without significantly increasing the pain and complications,and ensuring the stability of implant teeth.
