摘　　要：目的:探讨一站式服务在出入院护理管理中的应用效果。方法:收治患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上加用一站式服务进行干预。结果:观察组患者出入院时电梯等待时间、缴费排队时间和满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在出入院护理管理中采用一站式服务进行干预,可有效节约患者时间,提高护理管理的品质。Objective:To explore the application effect of one-stop service in nursing administration of admission and discharge.Methods:200patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group added one-stop service intervention on the basis of the control group.Results:In the observation group,the elevator waiting time,payment queuing time at admission and discharge and satisfaction were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of one-stop service intervention in nursing administration of admission and discharge can effectively save patients'time and improve the quality of medical care management.
