摘　　要：基于研究医药生物行业上市公司财务指标对其股票价格的影响为出发点,从反映公司财务能力的2015年各项财务数据中选取9个具有代表性的指标,实证研究其与股票价格的相关性,在此基础上建立合理的回归模型,根据定量分析结果,结合医药生物行业特征,对医药生物行业发展提出建议。In Order to study the influence of financial indicators of bio pharmaceutical listed companies on the stock price as the starting point,select nine representative indicators from the2015financial data reflect the company's financial ability,empirical research and stock price,on the basis of the establishment of regression model is reasonable,according to the results of quantitative analysis,combined with the characteristics of biological the pharmaceutical industry,put forward suggestions on the development of bio pharmaceutical industry.
