摘　　要：目的测定B细胞活化因子(BAFF)受体在人B淋巴瘤细胞中的表达水平,探讨B细胞活化因子受体(BAFF-R)信号转导在人淋巴瘤细胞中的作用。方法选取3种人B淋巴瘤细胞系Raji、Daudi、BALL-1,通过流式细胞术、实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(q RT-PCR)及Western blot检测BAFF的表达。结果流式细胞术结果显示,在3种人B淋巴瘤细胞系中均检出BAFF-R阳性表达,q RT-PCR和Western blot检测显示,在3种人B淋巴瘤细胞系中,BAFF-R基因与蛋白表达水平上调。结论人B淋巴瘤细胞系Raji、Daudi、BALL-1呈阳性表达,BAFF-R与B淋巴瘤细胞的生长、增殖关系密切。Objective To detemine the expression of B-cell activating factor receptor(BAFF-R)in B celllymphoma and to explore the role of BAFF-R signal transduction in B cell lymphoma.Methods Human Bcelllymphoma cell lines Raji,Daudi and BALL-1were selected as the objects of study.BAFF-R expressionwas detected by flow cytometry,qRT-PCR and Western blot.Results Flow cytometry results demonstrated thatBAFF-R was up-regulated in all the three cell lines,qRT-PCR and Western-blot indicated the same results.Conclusions BAFF-R expression is up-regulated in all the three B-cell lymphoma cell lines,and closelycorrelated to the growth and proliferation of B-cell lymphoma.
