摘 要:运营期间高速铁路路基出现沉降病害通常采取路基本体和基底注浆的措施进行整治,由于整治施工一般在天窗点内进行,因此对整治维护技术要求极高。结合一工程案例介绍了路基沉降整治的检测评估、设计、特种施工及后评估成套技术,并从风险控制、精细施工、过程管理等方面对高速铁路路基基底注浆加固关键控制技术进行了分析,给出了施工过程中路基沉降、上拱变形等的控制限值。对天窗点作业条件下注浆工艺、浆液性能、关键参数、实时监控等方面提出了精细化控制要求,对施工过程管理模式、作业安全管控制度等进行了系统的总结,从而提出了一套适用于运营高速铁路路基沉降整治的精细化管控技术。Subgrade settlement defects of operating high speed railway were mostly repaired by subgrade and basement grouting.Because repair is generally constructed in track maintenance time windows,the safety and quality requirements of repair techniques are very high.Combined with a case of subgrade settlement defect repair,a complete set of technologies including inspection and evaluation,design,special construction and post-evaluation of subgrade settlement repair were introduced.The key control techniques on grouting to strengthen subgrade and basement were analyzed from the aspects of risk control,fine construction,process management and so on.T he control limit values of subgrade settlement and arch deformation during construction were put forward.The fine control requirements for grouting process,slurry performance,key parameters and real-time monitoring were provided under the condition of repair in track maintenance time windows.Management mode,operation safety control system and so on during construction were systematically summarized.So a set of fine control technologies suitable for repair of subgrade settlement of operating high speed railway was put forward.
