PDT联合高压氧治疗慢性复发性CSC的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨PDT联合高压氧治疗慢性复发性csc的临床疗效。方法选取50例中心性浆液性视网膜炎患者为研究对象,采用随机分组法,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组25例,对照组给予光动力治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予高压氧治疗,随访6个月后,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组总人数25例,治疗有效人数22,总有效率88%;对照组总人数25例,治疗有效人数13,总有效率52%,两组临床有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后4周临床愈合情况比较,无显著差异,两组患者治疗后8周、12周临床愈合情况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后视力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后视力恢复情况明显优于对照组治疗后视力恢复情况(P<0.05)。两组患者经治疗后视力均得到了很好的改善。结论 PDT联合高压氧治疗慢性复发性中心性浆液性视网膜炎具有很好的治疗效果,对视力功能恢复具有显著影响,该方法值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Photodynamk therapy with Hyper-baric oxygen in Chronic recurrent CentralSerous Chorioretinopathy.Methods50cases of Chronic recurrent CentralSerous Chorior-etinopathy patients were randomLy divided into control group and obser-vationgroup,25cases in each group.The patients ofControl group were treated with Photodynam-k therapy,the patients ofobservation group weretreated with Photodyna-mk therapy with Hyperbaric oxygen.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared after6months follow-up.ResultsThe total number of the observation group was25cases,the treatment effective number of22,the total efficiency was88%;the total numberof the control group was25cases,the treatment effective number of13,the total efficiency was52%,two clinical efficiency difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The two group patients after4weeks of clinical healing,no significant the difference,two groups of patients after8weeksand12weeks of clinical healing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was statistical significance in two groups before and aftertreatment visual acuity difference(P<0.05),and the observation group after treatment,visual acuity was better than the control group after treatment,the recovery of visual acuity(P<0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment,the vision has been very good improvement.Conclusion Photodynamktherapy with Hyperbaric oxygenis beneficial to Chronic recurrent Central Serous Chorioretinopathy.It is a significant effect onrecovery of visualfunction.This method is worthy of clinical application.
