甲磺酸阿帕替尼治疗晚期肺癌不良反应的护理观察

摘　　要：目的研究60例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者在进行甲磺酸阿帕替尼治疗后的不良反应，并制定针对这些不良反应的护理方法。方法选取2015年9月~2016年9月在浙江省肿瘤医院胸部肿瘤内科就诊并且接受治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象，给予甲磺酸阿帕替尼片治疗，观察患者治疗过程中出现的不良反应。结果共有45例患者发生不良反应，不良反应发生率为75.00%。其中29例子患者发生皮疹，24例患者发生高血压，30例患者发生腹泻，21例患者出现恶心呕吐，5例患者出现蛋白尿，口腔黏膜炎7例，其他肝功能异常、血小板下降、咯血、乏力各出现2例。对各项不良反应进行针对性护理。结论晚期非小细胞肺癌患者用甲磺酸阿帕替尼进行治疗后出现不良反应，通过护理干预可以提高患者的生活质量。Objective Study on60cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients in the Apa imatinib mesylateadverse reactionsafter treatment,and to develop nursing methods for these adverse reactions.Methods Non-small cell lung cancer patients who were treated in ourhospital from September2015to September2016were treated with Apa imatinib mesylate and observed the adverse reactions during the course oftreatment.Results Adverse reactions occurred in45patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions was75.00%.29cases of patients with skin rash,24cases occurred in patients with hypertension,30cases of patients with diarrhea,nausea and vomiting occurred in21patients,5cases occurredin patients with proteinuria,7cases of patients with oral mucositis.Conclusion Non-small cell lung cancer patients had adverse reactions aftertreatment with Apa imatinib mesylate and nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients.
