摘　　要：高校和酒店企业在协同论的指导下建立校企协同教学联合体,双方共同参与到人才培养和教学活动之中,实现了不同优质资源的共享,教学环境的高度开放,以多渠道信息供给和灵活多变的教学方式充分释放了联合体的效能,学职匹配度更高,学生的实践操作能力和综合职业素养有了明显提升。The university and hotel enterprise established a kind of teaching-union based on Synergetics,and they both take an active part in educating and teaching.The teaching-union realizes the sharing of different superior resources,and has much opener teaching environment,releases more efficacy through various information supplying channels and teaching methods.So,what the students learn matches the need of their profession in the future,and the teaching-union improves students'practical ability and overall quality.
