奥扎格雷钠与降栓酶联合治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥扎格雷钠联合降栓酶治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果。方法:收治缺血性脑卒中患者66例,分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组给予奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察组联合使用降栓酶。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、药物不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:降栓酶联合奥扎格雷钠治疗缺血性脑卒效果显著,且用药安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect of ozagrel combined with thrombolytic therapy on ischemic stroke.Methods:66patients with ischemic stroke were divided into the control group and the observation group,with33cases in each group.Thecontrol group were treated with ozagrel,and the observation group were treated with antithrombotic enzyme.Results:The totaleffective rate and adverse drug reaction rate of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thrombolytic enzyme combined with ozagrel sodium is effective and safe in the treatment of ischemic stroke.
