206例白内障人工晶体植入术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨我院实施白内障人工晶体植入术的疗效。方法:收治白内障患者356例,进行人工晶体植入术。试验组206例(206只眼)实施白内障小切口囊外摘除人工晶体植入术,对照组150例(162眼)采用超声乳化手术方式联合人工晶体植入术。结果:试验组术后并发症30例(14.6%),对照组45例(27.8%)。结论:人工晶状体植入术结合小切口囊外摘除比超声乳化手术更安全可靠,疗效较满意,更适合人口日益老龄化的农村和条件相对不足的乡镇卫生院开展。Objective:To investigate the effect of intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract in township hospitals.Methods:356patients with cataract were selected.We performed intraocular lens implantation for them.In the experimental group,206cases(206eyes)received extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation,and150cases(162eyes)of thecontrol group were given phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Results:Postoperative complications in theexperimental group were30cases(14.6%),and45cases in the control group(27.8%).Conclusion:Intraocular lens implantationcombined with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction is safer and more reliable than phacoemulsification,and the effectis satisfactory,more suitable for the aging population of rural areas and relatively inadequate township hospitals to carry out.
