摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术对鼻腔血管瘤患者的临床疗效。方法:收治鼻腔血管瘤患者70例,随机平分为两组,对照组采用常规鼻内镜下切除术,观察组采用鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术,对比两组的相关手术指标。结果:观察组手术出血量及住院时长均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术成功率高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对鼻腔血管瘤患者采用鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术治疗,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic low temperature plasma ablation in the treatment ofpatients with nasal hemangioma.Methods:70patients with nasal hemangioma were selected.They were randomly divided into thetwo groups on average.The control group was treated with conventional nasal endoscopic resection,and the observation group wastreated with nasal endoscopic low temperature plasma ablation.The relative operative indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The amount of bleeding and length of stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and therewas significant difference between groups(P<0.05).The operation success rate of the observation group was higher than that of thecontrol group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference betweengroups was significant^?<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of nasal hemangioma with low temperature plasma ablation under nasalendoscope has good clinical efficacy.
