摘  要:微课教学在高职艺术设计专业的教学实践中应用越来越普遍,由于"微课"教学侧重交互性、多媒体技术、翻转课堂、可移动性以及混合学习等特点,非常适合侧重形象思维的艺术设计专业教学。以唐山工业职业技术学院艺术设计系为例,针对教师专业结构和年龄结构不合理、微课教学手段单一和缺少有效的评价机制等现状,提出微课建设发展缺少制度化支撑、微课团队结构不合理、制作手段单一、学生参与度低等问题以及解决这些问题的对策研究。The micro teaching application in the teaching practice of higher vocational art design speciality in more and more common,due to the"micro teaching focus on interactive,multimedia technology,flipping the classroom,mobility and mixed learning characteristics,very suitable for art design professional focus on visual thinking teaching.This paper takes Tangshan Industrial Vocational Technical College Department of art and design as an example,according to the teachers'professional structure and age structure is not reasonable,micro single teaching means and the lack of effective evaluation mechanism of the status quo,put forward the construction and development of micro course lacks institutional support,micro class team structure is not reasonable,production means is single,the participation of students and research countermeasures to solve these problems the problem.
