摘　　要：疫苗对于预防和控制疾病发挥着重要作用,疫苗产业对于防治传染病、推动我国公共卫生事业具有重要意义。中生以关爱生命、呵护健康为宗旨,进行科研资源的全面整合,全力打造疫苗产业技术平台。中生所属国药中生生物技术研究院有限公司利用先进的新型疫苗技术平台的优势,牵头承担了EV71疫苗的研发课题,历时9年完成了国家一类新药的临床前研究、临床研究,并获得新药证书和生产注册批件。项目实施过程中,新型疫苗技术平台吸引、培养了一批疫苗专业优秀人才,提高了疫苗研发生产水平和快速应对突发性传染病事件能力。Vaccines play an important role in the prevention and control of diseases.The vaccine industry is of greatsignificance for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and the promotion of public health.With the aim of“Caring For Life,Attending To Health”,China National Biotiec Group Company(CNBG)has completed a integration ofscientifi c research resources and built a new vaccine manufacturing platform.With the advantage of advanced new vaccinemanufacturing platform,National Vaccine and Serum Institute has completed the research and development of EV71vaccine.It took9years to complete the preclinical and clinical research,and obtain a new drug certifi cate and productionlicenses.At the same time,the platform attracted and trained a number of excellent talents,improved the level of vaccineresearch and development,and the ability to deal with sudden infectious diseases.
