基于目标管理的学生工作量化考核体系的建立——以四川建筑职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：文章主要以四川建筑职业技术学院学生管理工作考核为例,探讨并分析学院通过对学生工作量化考核体系的建立从而加强目标的管理,从而改善学生工作,树立学生工作热情,以至于更好地实现工作目标,分析构建学生工作体系的意义和构建原则。根据学生工作的规律,和学生工作的目标,做出适合学生工作的考评系统,并对考评的实施进行研究与探讨。With the evaluation of student work in Sichuan College of Architectural Technology as an example,this paper mainly discusses and analyzes the establishment of a quantitative evaluation system for student work,so as to enhance goal management,improve student work,and establish students'enthusiasm in working,thus better realizing the goal of work.It also analyzes the significance and principle of establishing the student work system.In accordance with the law of student work and the goal of student work,we formulate an evaluation system suitable for student work,and explore the implementation of the evaluation.
