口腔种植修复牙列缺损的美容效果研究

摘　　要：目的:将口腔种植修复方式应用于牙列缺损患者,探讨其应用价值及美容效果。方法:本研究采用1:1频数匹配的病例对照研究设计。观察组:选择2013年6月-2014年6月在笔者医院采用口腔种植修复方式进行牙列缺损修复治疗的61例患者;对照组:选择来自同期入院采用常规修复方式进行修复治疗的61例患者。对比两组患者治疗的不良反应、咀嚼功能、稳固性、舒适感、美观度等评分情况、红白美学指数以及咬合功能评价。结果:观察组修复后咀嚼功能(91.48±2.89)分、稳固性(94.52±2.46)分、舒适感(92.02±2.13)分、美观度(96.46±2.28)分、牙龈出血(4.92%)、修复体脱落(1.64%)、牙齿疼痛(3.28%)、PES指数(8.42±1.67)分、WES指数(8.58±1.79)分、ICP-HB肌电值(73.83±5.23)mV、ICP-MC肌电值(76.91±5.58)m V明显优于对照组的咀嚼功能(76.38±2.73)分、稳固性(74.03±2.13)分、舒适感(81.24±2.52)分、美观度(78.14±2.56)分、牙龈出血(22.95%)、修复体脱落(13.11%)、牙齿疼痛(16.39%),PES指数(6.31±1.06)分、WES指数(7.17±1.26)分、ICP-HB肌电值(68.21±5.46)mV、ICP-MC肌电值(69.18±5.59)m V,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙列缺损患者采用口腔种植方式进行修复,有较好的稳定性,可改善患者的咀嚼功能,且更加舒适美观,临床应用及美容效果确切。Objective To study and analyze the application of oral implantation for patients with dentition defects,and to explore the application value and the cosmetic effect.Methods In this study,1:1frequency matched case-control study was designed,61patients who received dentition defects repairing with oral implantation in our hospital from June2013to June2014were included into the case group,and another61patients who received routine method in the same period were included into the control group.The adverse reactions,masticatory function,stability,comfortable feeling,aesthetics score,red and white aesthetics index and bite function of two groups were compared.Results After repaird,the masticatory function91.48±2.89,stability94.52±2.46,comfortable feeling92.02±2.13,aesthetics(96.46±2.28)min,gingival bleeding(4.92%),restoration fell(1.64%),tooth pain(3.28%),PES index8.42±1.67,WES index8.58±1.79,ICP-HB electromyography(73.83±5.23)mV,ICP-MC electromyography(76.91±5.58)mV in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group masticatory function76.38±2.73,stability74.03±2.13,comfortable feeling81.24±2.52,aesthetics(78.14±2.56)min,gingival bleeding(22.95%),restoration fell(13.11%),tooth pain(16.39%),PES index6.31±1.06,WES index7.17±1.26,ICPHB electromyography(68.21±5.46)mV,ICP-MC electromyography(69.18±5.59)mV,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral implantation for repairing dentition defects has better stability,it can improve the patient's masticatory function,and is more comfortable and beautiful,which had exact clinical application and cosmetic effects.
