摘　　要：中药煎煮机进入我国后,经过不断的改进已在中医院药房得到普及应用。相比传统中药煎煮方法,机煎中药的优热比较明显,对中药饮片中的某些有效成分的溶出率高于传统手工煎煮。但其也有与传统煎煮方法明显不同之处,许多中医药师并不认可。文章综述中药煎煮机在我国的发展状和存在的问题,并提出未来的发展趋势。After the traditional Chinese medicine decocting machine has entered China,it has been popularized and applied in the pharmacy of Chinese medicine hospital through constant improvement.Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction method,Chinese traditional medicine decoction heat more obvious,the Chinese Herbal Pieces of certain active ingredients in the dissolution rate is higher than the traditional hand-boiling.There are obvious inconsistent with the traditional boiling method,not recognized by the Chinese Pharmacists.This article summarizes the development of traditional Chinese medicine decoction machine in China and the existing problems and put forward the development trend of the future.
