摘 要:针对现有方法计算量大、信噪比要求高的问题,提出了一种期望极大化(EM)算法的目标微动参数估计新方法。给出了自旋目标微动多普勒的多分量正弦调频信号模型和时频平面的观测模型,导出了基于高斯混合模型和EM算法估计的多分量线性调频信号参数的迭代计算式。仿真结果表明,在2个及以上分量情况下,弱分量信噪比不低于-3 d B时,可在窄带情况下精确地估计出目标的投影尺寸等参数。Aiming at the problem that the existing method has high computational complexity and high SNR,a novel method of multi-component SFM signals parameter estimation based on EM algorithm was proposed as to spinning target's narrow band micro-motion echoes.The echo model of spinning target and its micro-doppler measurements based on time-frequency analysis were given.The iterative parameter estimation steps based on Gaussian mixture model and EM algorithm to measurements were established.The simulation results demonstrate that when SNR is greater than?3dB and the SFM components are equal or greater than2,the method can estimate the target's micro-motion parameters e.g.projection size accurately in narrow band condition.
