摘 要:采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA动力有限元分析软件,基于流固耦合算法,对地下管廊结构内部燃气爆炸传播过程进行数值模拟,得到爆炸过程中的冲击波以及传播过程、冲击波压力云图,并分析管廊结构的动力响应规律。研究结果表明:气体爆炸后冲击波以平面波形式向外传播,在0.1 s内就传出管廊,冲击波的峰值由爆炸中心向两侧传播过程中逐渐衰减,峰值可达633 k Pa;爆炸中心截面上冲击波在3 ms极短的时间内,发生多次反射,冲击波能量衰减迅速;爆炸荷载作用下,爆炸中心正对的壁面处位移最大,位移呈周期性变化,测点加速度,速度和位移相继抵达峰值,分别为140 m/s^2,0.09 m/s和4 mm;管廊壁面测点的加速度和速度呈周期衰减,加速度衰减快于速度衰减,与冲击波强度的削弱有关。A finite element model has been established by ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The process of gas explosion andmechanical properties of the utility tunnel have been investigated by fluid solid coupling algorithm.The formationand propagation of shock waves,the shock wave pressure cloud,the deformation and the stress distribution of theutility tunnel subjected to gas explosion loads are obtained.The results indicates that the shock wave spread out inthe form of a plane wave and reach one side entrance in0.1s,and the peak of the shock wave is gradually fadingfrom the center of the explosion to the two sides of the explosion center,peak value is up to633kPa.In3ms,avery short time,multiple reflection occurs,the shock wave energy decays rapidly at the explosion center section.The wall at the explosion center section has the maximum displacement,and displacement variation shows periodicity.The acceleration,velocity and displacement of the measured points have arrived at the peak insuccession,respectively,150m2/s,0.09m/s,4mm.Acceleration and velocity attenuation also shows periodicity,acceleration attenuation is faster than velocity attenuation,which is related to the weakening of shock waveintensity.
