摘　　要：探讨美国城市精明增长的演进历程及与公共健康的历史渊源,阐述城市精明增长干预公共健康的实施原则、机制及成效,发现美国城市精明增长理念在干预公共健康方面发挥着重要的指导作用。提出我国城市精明增长促进公共健康政府行为的主导路径和全社会反馈系统的支持路径,为我国新常态背景下城市规划与公共健康之间协调发展提供参考。The authors probed into the course of evolution of American city smart growth and its historical relationship with public health,expatiated on the implementation principle,mechanism and efficiency of city smart growth intervening public health,found that the idea of American city smart growth plays an important guiding role in intervening public health,and put forward government behavior leading ways and whole society feedback system supporting ways for Chinese city smart growth to promote public health,so as to provide reference for the harmonious development between city planning and public health under the background of new normality in China.
